Contrary to popular belief, you don't need an entire afternoon (or weekend) to declutter your home. You can make meaningful progress just by doing regular 15-minute decluttering sessions.

Now, maybe you've already heard this. Maybe you already understand this. Maybe you even 100% agree with it.

And maybe you are still having trouble starting (or keeping yourself going).

If only you had a little something to get you up and moving, right? Well. How about this playlist that I made specifically for 15-minute decluttering?

💔 Declutter Like You're Breaking Up (With Your Stuff)

Five songs. About 15 minutes. Your mission: press play and listen while you find some things you're ready to break up with.

Maybe it's something you haven't used in years. Something that belongs to a past version of you. Or something you're simply tired of looking at.

You don't need a dramatic reason to let it go. Sometimes you can just say, "It's not you. It's me."

And when the playlist ends, you're done!

Why music?

For some people, music makes it easier to focus on boring or repetitive tasks. Some people with ADHD find that background music or other stimulation helps them stay engaged.

Of course, everyone's brain is different. And if you prefer to work in silence, then you do you! But if music helps you get moving, why not give yourself a soundtrack?

And remember: 15-minute decluttering counts.

You don't have to declutter your whole house today. One drawer counts. Five things count. Fifteen minutes count.

So put on the playlist and go break some hearts. 💔
